at the very beginning
“I need someone who can guide me and my team from both a design and marketing standpoint.”
From the very get go, founder and CEO Jared Lavitt of Heliosphere Solutions (HS) asked me to put pressure on his team and guide them and his company into a well oiled marketing/ creative machine. What’s more, he needed a base to better understand what particular industry he wanted HS to focus in.

After only a year, Heliosphere Solutions was propelled from its humble beginnings to be published in major magazines, become a bicoastal company with partners around the world. Plus clientele spanning industries like food & beverage, music, promotional materials, and finally landing on the vaporizer industry. From which the brand has developed into a full time vaporizers manufacturing and sales identity.
the website is born
The design of Heliosphere Solutions’ website is meant to be built on. The primary goal when initially leading the team to create this site was to develop something that can be expanded out– once the company finally figured out where it was going focus its services. So going back to the basics of web design and creating something super simple needed to be the company’s base.
But the current version, which includes an ecommerce store; shows the flexibility of the design and how it can be multi-purposed for whatever direction Jared brings the company.
simple, clean, packaging
When it came to Heliosphere Solutions’ vaporizer kit packaging, an extremely simple and almost Apple like approach was requested. The end aesthetic that HS ended up going with, simply showed the product and content information. While preserving that clean ideology within the box with a mono-line, black and white, infographic / list style booklet to provide use and safety directions.

When it came to marketing online, HS approach was fairly simple, yet vastly expansive. From starting out with personal connections, to developing a network on social media and via email. HS has expanded from a nearly nonexistent company on no one’s radar. To a well known company in multiple states and countries.
