The Challenge

Although RC Tile’s craftsmanship spoke for itself, their digital presence didn’t. The company needed a modern identity and website that would communicate their experience and artistry while driving new business. The challenge was to design a brand and online platform that balanced structure with warmth—something that could earn trust quickly and guide visitors toward meaningful action: contacting the team.

The Solution

The foundation of the solution lay in alignment—bringing the precision of tilework into digital form. I developed a clean, structured design system where every element was intentional: a grid-based layout mirroring the order and geometry of installation, neutral tones reflecting material authenticity, and photography that placed their craftsmanship front and center.

Each page was designed to move visitors from inspiration to inquiry with clarity and ease. The messaging emphasizes expertise without arrogance—“we create works of art every day”—a tone that honors both the trade and the people behind it.

The primary goal of the web design was twofold: to create a digital brand that reflected the quality of RC Tile’s craftsmanship, and to convert that credibility into measurable engagement. The site needed to function as both portfolio and lead generator—showcasing expertise while giving visitors a clear, intuitive path to start a project.

What truly elevates the experience is how the site feels to use. It’s deliberate yet effortless—just like the client’s work. The flow of each page reinforces the craftsmanship RC Tile is known for, turning every scroll and interaction into a quiet reflection of their process: patient, precise, and artfully executed.

The Value

The result is a brand and website that feel as grounded and deliberate as RC Tile’s installations. It’s not just beautiful—it works. The site tells a story of craft, consistency, and care while creating a clear path for clients to connect. Since launch, RC Tile has strengthened its visibility across San Francisco and the Peninsula, earning the kind of inquiries that translate directly into real projects and long-term relationships.
